GREENOLA will ship your order within 2 working days if stock is available. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the next available working day. We will notify you by email if stock is unavailable. We ship via US Priority Mail. OUR PACKAGING
GREENOLA is committed to having the smallest impact possible on the environment. We are graceful and prefer to tip toe, rather than stomp across our world. We are mindful of the negative environmental effect of shipping and wish for a team of international bike messengers someday. Until then, we use the smallest amount of packaging available to deliver your purchase. We have many conscious friends and community members that save boxes and shipping materials for us to reuse. We also use high post-consumer recycled envelopes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to LOVE your GREENOLA purchase and value your business. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or would like a size exchange, please return your unused and unworn items within 15 days of purchase with all tags attached. We will not be able to accept anything returned after 15 days. Please repack your items in their original packaging with your original packing slip, specifying if you would like a refund or exchange. For all exchanges, please write the item description and size on the packaging slip that you would like shipped as a replacement. GREENOLA does not refund shipping charges. We highly recommend you insure your returned merchandise; GREENOLA cannot be responsible for items we don't receive. Once received, we will process your return or exchange in two business days.
SALES TAX
All GREENOLA orders are fulfilled from our Chicago, IL office. Residents of this state ONLY are subjected to a Cook County sales tax of 9.50%.
